In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 918kis reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
2.4 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using 918kis is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. 918kis makes no representations regarding legality in any specific jurisdiction outside of its licensed operating territory.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 918kis login credentials, including your username and password. 918kis will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such access was enabled by your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.2 You must notify 918kis support immediately upon becoming aware, or reasonably suspecting, that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. 918kis may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected breach.
3.3 You must not share your 918kis account access with any other person. The account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Any gaming activity conducted under your account credentials — regardless of whether you personally made the wager — will be attributed to your account for all purposes including balance, bonus eligibility, and responsible gaming calculations.
4.1 Approved Methods. 918kis accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. The available methods may be updated from time to time at 918kis's sole discretion.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on 918kis are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) will be converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
4.3 Withdrawal Verification. Prior to processing a member's first withdrawal, 918kis will require satisfactory completion of KYC verification, including government-issued photo identification and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests that fail verification checks will be declined and the member notified accordingly.
4.4 Processing Times. 918kis aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours for e-wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. 918kis is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.5 Minimum & Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the 918kis platform. These limits may vary by payment method and member VIP tier.
5.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by 918kis are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Rollover Requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable rollover requirement has been met. Rollover is calculated on the total of the Bonus Funds amount multiplied by the stated rollover multiplier. Wagering on certain game categories — including, but not limited to, live casino baccarat and blackjack — may contribute at a reduced rate toward rollover completion, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 Abuse Prevention. 918kis reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a member has engaged in promotional abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to place wagers, or employing betting strategies designed solely to exploit bonus conditions rather than engage in genuine gaming activity.
5.4 Modification & Withdrawal of Promotions. 918kis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not adversely affect any bonus already credited to a member's account prior to the modification.
6.1 All gaming products available on 918kis — including slots, live casino table games, sports betting markets, Lucky Dice, Plinko, and any future products — are governed by their individual game rules as presented within the game interface and/or the relevant product page on the 918kis platform.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during a gaming session — including server disconnections, software errors, or display errors — 918kis reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the member's account. 918kis is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a bona fide technical fault.
6.3 Sportsbook. Sportsbook bets are subject to the Sports Betting Rules applicable at the time of placement. 918kis reserves the right to void, settle, or re-settle bets where the original settlement was based on incorrect data, in accordance with the published Sports Betting Rules.
6.4 Live Casino. 9.1 All content on the 918kis platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trade names, game assets, written content, and interface design — is the proprietary property of 918kis or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 918kis platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 918kis content without express written authorisation.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 918kis's total aggregate liability to any member arising from or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds held in that member's 918kis wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.
10.2 918kis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or reputational damage.
10.3 918kis does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. 918kis will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where operationally practicable.
11.1 918kis reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered members via the contact details held on file, or by prominent notice on the 918kis platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the amendment taking effect.
11.2 Your continued use of the 918kis platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using 918kis and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available Real Money Funds balance.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of 918kis shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 918kis holds its international gaming authority licence.
12.2 In the event of any dispute between you and 918kis, you agree to first attempt resolution through 918kis's internal complaints procedure by contacting support at [email protected]. 918kis will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
12.3 If a dispute is not resolved through the internal complaints procedure within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by 918kis's licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
12.4 Nothing in this clause limits a member's rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in the member's country of residence.
